Hypnotherapy is a heightened state of concentration and focused attention, where you can tune out distractions and work on getting to the core of the problem you want to address. It helps “free” your mind of its perceived fears and limitations, allowing it to be open to new possibilities.

That 90s hit got it right. Free your mind, and the rest will follow. While you are in a state of deep focus, your conscious mind is quietened, and with gentle guidance and the help of your hypnotherapist, you can begin to modify the unconscious behaviors that are holding you back.

You are in charge.

Everyone’s hypnotic experience is different but most feel like they are “in the zone” - relaxed with a heightened concentration. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. The hypnotherapist is that gentle voice coming through your navigation system but you are firmly in the driver’s seat. Where you go is all up to you.
